Best Book: Joe Ollman, This Will All End in Tears (Insominiac Press)
Best Emerging Talent: Rebecca Kraatz, House of Sugar (Tulip Tree Press)
Giants of the North Hall of Fame: Rand Holmes (1942-2002)
