Not great, but not horrible. Ghost Rider doesn't really thrill me at the moment. I hope it's good, but that's a really hard character to get right. He doesn't have any great comic book storylines, so how is the movie going to get it right? Even the Ennis book was pretty bad, and I think anything Ennis does is golden. Saying that, Preacher was so well done that you almost felt like you were reading an HBO series. I hate to make famous last words, but how can anyone screw it up? And I, too, cringed when I saw Mark Steven Johnson's name attached.
