[...] Missed it: Board members of Missouri’s Marshall Public Library met last Thursday to discuss book acquisition and shelving policies in the wake of community opposition to two graphic novels found in the library, Alison Bechdel’s Fun Home and Craig Thompson’s Blankets, according to a report in the Marshall Democrat-News by Zack Sims. The board appointed a three-person task force to discuss and condense some of the ideas discussed by the board. Found it: Heidi MacDonald.
