Long ago we mentioned that Spike TV was launching a new set of awards called the Scream Awards to honor the best in superheroes, horror and comic books. The nominees were announced at San Diego, although we missed that memo, and the voting is now up and you can vote at that link — apparently as many times as you like! The awrads qwill be presented in a sure-to-be star-studded special airing on Spike on October 10th, and we can’t wait to see CarrotTop present Paul Pope with his award for Best Writer!

I was just at the awards show this past Saturday evening about 10 rows up from Quentin and at the after party at the Roosevelt. It was such a blast. If you go to http://www.ifilm.com, you can see the preview of the Tarantino/ Rodriguez movie Grind House, out next summer. They have it up on their site.
